As part of the IB Diploma Programme, the students are expected to complete the IB DP Core \u2013 Theory of Knowledge (ToK), Extended Essay (EE) and Creativity, Activity and Servicethat also addresses the holistic development of students in terms of their intellectual, social, emotional and physical well-being.<\/p>\n

  1. Theory of Knowledge (TOK) \u2013 <\/strong>students are stimulated to apply critical reflection on the nature of knowledge and gain an understanding of how we know what we know.<\/li>\n
  2. Extended Essay (EE)<\/strong> \u2013acquaints the IB Diploma candidates with independent research and writing skills expected at degree level., that culminates in a 4,000-word assignment that focusses on a global issue and integrated with the content or questions raised during the study of the chosen DP subjects.<\/li>\n
  3. Creativity, Activity and Service Programme (CAS)<\/strong>helps students become responsible, action driven compassionate citizens by engaging them in a range of creative, social and physical initiatives along with their academic study. In CAS, the students are required to complete a project related to these three strands \u2013 Creativity through involvement in art forms, Activity that focusses on physical fitness and wellness, and Service through working with and contributing meaningfully to different communities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
