The regular assessment of students\u2019 work is considered crucial to the educational process. Progress is discussed with both parents and students. Each term students\u2019 work in all subjects is reviewed and a result analysis is prepared to decide on future strategies for different achievement levels.<\/p>\n
For Classes VI and VII in the Middle school, assessment is also conducted through 2 cycles of Cluster Tests \u2013 one in each semester during the academic year. Formal examinations begin in class VIII. There are two reporting terms for middle and senior school and for the Board year ( ICSE& ISC) two reporting terms along with a School Final Examination.<\/p>\n
For the Cambridge Lower Secondary students the formal assessments are conducted through Cluster Tests in Grades VI and VII and through Cycle Tests, Half yearly, School Final and the Cambridge Checkpoint Exams at the end of Grade VIII.<\/p>\n
For the Cambridge IGCSE students in Class IX and X the formal assessments are conducted through Cycle Tests, Half yearly, School Final and the Cambridge IGCSE Exams at the end of Grade X.<\/p>\n
