Students clearing Class X can apply for admission to this course under Council eligibility rules. The ISC examination is recognized by the Inter Universities Board for entry into a 3-year college system leading to a Bachelor\u2019s degree.<\/p>\n<p>Three streams of study are offered \u2013 Science, Humanities and Commerce. In each of these streams English is a compulsory subject; students need to choose four additional subjects. The school varies the subjects it offers as well as which subject combinations it can allot based on a feasibility study and this varies from year to year.<\/p>\n<p>The courses of study being offered are as follows:\u00a0<strong>English (Core) is the compulsory subject.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h5>Humanities<\/h5>\n<p class=\"textJustify\">Psychology, Economics, History*, Hindi*, Art, Mathematics, Sociology, Political Science, Geography<\/p>\n<h5>Commerce<\/h5>\n<p class=\"textJustify\">Accounts, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, Psychology, Art<\/p>\n<h5>Science<\/h5>\n<p class=\"textJustify\">Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Psychology*, Economics, Computer Science, Geography, Art<\/p>\n<p>*These subjects will be offered only after carrying out a feasibility survey.<\/p>\n<p>In academic areas, in order to achieve our objectives, besides intensive inputs, students are encouraged to appear for the NSTSE (National Science Talent Search Examination), Science Olympiad, National Cyber Olympiad , ASSET examination and the Regional Mathematical Olympiad held by the National Board for Higher Mathematics, Dept. of Atomic Energy, Government of India<\/p>\n<p>Perspectives on careers, through seminars, counselling, career placements and a mentoring scheme form an integral part of the curriculum.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_custom_1562223482971\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cisce.org\/\" target=\" _blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read more<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Indian School Certificate (ISC) Examination is a school leaving examination of the CISCE.
